I'm an AI Engineer building production-grade multi-agent systems — RAG pipelines, LangGraph orchestration, and APIs designed to keep working when things go wrong, not just when they go right.
Before AI engineering, I spent 9+ years in IT operations and infrastructure — most recently as the sole technical owner for AV and networking across 9 international sites at General Motors. That background shapes how I build: retries, fallbacks, and monitoring aren't an afterthought.

Sole technical owner for AV and conferencing systems (Cisco video conferencing, Biamp DSPs, Lightware video matrix, Pixera media servers) across 9 Experience Centers in 5 European countries. Administered network infrastructure via Cisco Meraki and built automation to reduce manual operational work.
Remote helpdesk support for B2B clients across hardware, software, and network issues. Managed servers and workstations, and resolved escalated technical issues with product and engineering teams.
Also holds an MSc in Development Practice from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Catholic University of Asunción, Paraguay.
